BIZCOCHOS is the brainchild of Vivianna & her family. Vivianna is a Mexican family woman who proudly brings her cultural culinary roots to her new home in Edmonton. 

Vivianna first started cooking & baking during her childhood years. She loved to bake with her extended family on summer vacations and she enjoyed learning different cooking techniques from her father who alongside his sister Rosari, owned a restaurant where Vivianna loved helping during her teenage years.

 

Vivianna moved to Edmonton after marrying Toni; here she noticed the lack of Mexican quality pastries and it seemed natural to her to further develop her hobby into a professional skill & business.

 

This is how Vivianna founded Bizcochos in the summer of 2016. The beginnings were in local Farmers Markets where Vivianna & Toni met with regular Mexican clients, then distributing at local Latin Stores, and further on catering to private events in the city.

(When Vivianna & Toni are not busy baking you will catch them performing by the name Lived Lyrics, a Spanish inspired musical duo!)
