BIZCOCHOS Baling Classes are aimed to teach how to prepare a variety of baked goods & pastries including: Mexican Baked goods and Cakes, Macarons & Classic Sourdough.

 

Many of our Baking classes are inspired by the traditional Mexican & French techniques learnt by Baker Vivianna in México, where she grew up and in Prestigious Bakeries in North America, like PROOF Bakery.
