The art of baking one of the most popular cakes in Latin America "Tres Leches", this is a two-layered sponge cake soaked in 3 types of milk: Condensed, evaporated and whole milk, with a filling, covered in chantillí cream, topped with a chocolate ganache drip, and typically fresh fruit, in this class you will learn how to make the cake batter from scratch, soak the cake and decorate it. -What is the Class Format? 2hr 15 min Class working on the proper technique for creating this complex batter, soak cake sponges with three milks, and make frosting from scratch. -Who will teach the class? Vivianna, a professional baker & founder of Bizcochos Bakery. She enjoys the art of making a dessert an unforgettable experience that brings all your senses to life. She loves to share her knowledge and make her class a fun and interactive experience where the student feels confident anytime they want to put their baking apron and test their new baking skills. -What will your class include?
